I can announce it now!! We are moving to Wyndmoor, our farm in Nebraska! We are moving at the end of July! That's only about 6 weeks away, and there is so much to do....

Our studio is partially up. The studio is a 24ftx40ft pole barn structure, with a 12ftx24ft loft in it. The cement slab floor is in, the plumbing is stubbed in, there are two exterior doors and a row of windows. However, we still need to put in the rest of the windows, all the plumbing and electrical and walls and floor and stuff. I need to talk with an architect friend to see what's the best order to do things in.

We are heating the place with a corn heater. It arrived a week or so ago and is waiting for us.

We are thinking about using a tankless water heater. It's pretty energy efficent, provides an endless supply of hot water, doesn't take up much space, and lasts much longer than a traditional (tank) water heater. I've seen various prices, some quite high, so we'll have to see what we can afford.

Murphy will be coming out sometime in September. Our friend and benefactress is looking into hauling options. She really wanted to haul him out with her truck and trailer, but he said (via an animal communicator) that he'd rather come in a commercial rig and not stress her out so much. Who knew?
